Slimline is a shrink-fit system that securely holds carbide cutting tools with precision. It utilizes MST’s unique material, allowing cool shrink fitting at temperatures of 300°C or lower. The system employs an industrial dryer-based, hot-air, shrink-fit heater.

With a lineup of 3,000 holders in different shapes, Slimline offers versatility for various applications. Its simple and ultra-slim design minimizes cutter overhang, ensuring strong clamping strength and high precision.

The special material used for shrink fit has a thermal expansion coefficient 1.6 times higher than regular steel. It can be easily heated and cooled using a hot-air heater or water immersion without overheating. The holders feature ultra-thin 1.5 mm edge walls for enhanced performance.
